We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all SogilityGO products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@sogilitygo.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Warranty

All SogilityGO products include a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If you experience an issue, contact info@sogilitygo.com and our team will assist.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
